Licensed waste carrier · Melton & the East Midlands
From a single sofa to a whole house. We do the lifting, sweep up after ourselves and take the lot away. Often on the day you call.
How it works
Call, or send a couple of photos on WhatsApp. No need for us to come and look first.
One price for the whole job, agreed before we start. No hourly rate creeping up on you.
We do the lifting, sweep up after ourselves, and email you the waste transfer note.
What we clear
One item or a full house. Domestic or commercial. We load it, we sort it, and we recycle what we can before anything goes near landfill.
Top to bottom, including the loft and the garage.
Sensitive, unhurried, and we work to the solicitor's timetable.
Whatever the last tenant left, gone before the next one moves in.
One sofa, one wardrobe, one fridge. No minimum.
Handled under the right waste stream, not tipped in a hedge.
The thing the council makes you wait three weeks for.
The jobs everyone puts off for years.
Cuttings, turf, old decking, the lot.
Small loads a skip is too big and too slow for.
Out of hours if you need the shutters up in the morning.
A to B moves for single items and small loads.
Ring in the morning, clear by teatime, most days.
What you won't get
We got rid of all of them.
You don't pay for us to turn up and look at it.
The price we agree is the price you pay, even if it takes longer than we thought.
No permit, no waiting a week, no neighbours filling it up overnight.
Upstairs, down a garden, out of a loft. That's our job.
We brush up. You get the room back, not a room with less in it.
Waste transfer note by email on every single job.
Prices
Send a photo on WhatsApp and we'll usually price it the same day. Access changes the job, so tell us if it's up two flights or down a long garden and we'll factor it in properly.
Single item
Cheapest way
A sofa, a mattress, a fridge. Booked onto a round that's already going out your way.
Half load
Most common
A garage, a shed or a room's worth. Priced off a photo, usually within the hour.
Full house
Quoted on sight
A quick look round or a video walkthrough. Probate and end of tenancy included.
If you're clearing voids, end of tenancies or probate properties, you don't want to re‑explain the job every time.

Reviewed on Google and Facebook
Every job gets a text afterwards asking how we did. We'd rather hear it from you first than read it later.
On Facebook
Every job that's worth showing goes up on the page. Before and after, what came out, what got recycled and what got resold instead of tipped.
It's also the fastest way to get hold of us out of hours. Message the page with a photo and you'll get a price back.
If you're a local group admin and someone's asking for a van, tag us in. We'd rather earn it that way than pay a directory for the same lead.
Questions people ask
Same or next day in most cases, weekends included. If it's an end of tenancy with a deadline on it, say so when you ring and we'll work round it.
Asbestos, gas bottles, paint and solvents, and clinical waste. Different rules and a different licence for all four. Ring anyway and we'll point you at someone who can.
Neither. We give you one fixed price for the job before we start. Send a photo on WhatsApp and you'll usually have a price the same day.
Not if you'd rather not be. Plenty of landlords and agents leave a key. We photograph the property when we're done and send them over.
Under the household duty of care it's you who gets fined if your waste is fly-tipped, even when someone else dumped it. That's why we're a registered upper tier waste carrier and why you get a transfer note for every collection. Keep it for two years and you're covered.
Yes. Builders, fitters, landscapers, shops and offices. Trade rates, one monthly invoice, and a transfer note against every load so your paperwork is right.
Where we cover
Not on the list? Ring us anyway.
We travel further than most for the right job, and we'd rather tell you yes or no in 30 seconds than have you scroll past. Worst case we point you at someone closer.
